    Vegetables Stock for Detoxification

    Vegetable stock is usually used to add taste of cuisines, such as in soup and stew. Stocks that are sold in market usually contain high salt. Therefore, the stock should not be consumed in Detox program. Another good way in detox program is by making your custom vegetable stock which will support your detox program. I call it a luxurious vegetable stock.

    Luxurious Vegetable stock uses the following ingredients:

    - 15 ml of sunflower oil

    - 1 potato

    - 1 celery

    - 2 pieces of garlic

    - 1 sprig of thyme

    - 1 sheet of bay

    - some stems of parsley

    - 600 ml of fresh black pepper (mashed)

    Here are steps to make it:

    1. Clean all vegetables, remove the tips, and then cut them into pieces.

    2. Heat 15 ml of sunflower oil in a big pan. Add carrot, celery, and potatoes that have been cut.

    3. Cook them in the closed pan for 10 minutes. Then enter the garlic, thyme, bay, and parsley while continuously stir them. Pour water into pan and boil.

    4. Shrink the fire and boil again for forty minutes with a closed-half-open pan. Filter and add black pepper.

    5. Add this stock into your problem solution!
