    Preventing Cancer

    Nowadays many people, especially in developed countries, apply the behavior of healthy living in line with the movement of cancer prevention. Here are some recommended steps to prevent cancer. The first is to eat lots of vegetables, fruits, grains, and foods that contain fiber. At least one or two times in a day, we should consume vegetables and fruits.

    Then, Avoid excessive weight or obesity. Measure your weight at least 1 times in a week. Research shows that occurrence of cancer is greater for they who has problems of obesity, especially breast cancer, uterus, colon, stomach, kidney and gall bladder.

    Reduce also too much eating fry foods, food containing high protein, fat, and offal. Limit processing foods with a high temperature and duration, or with a specific processing that can cause food contain pro-carcinogen such as marinated, smoked, burned, charcoal grille to go out (burned). The best food is boiled food.

    Be careful with the use of artificial sweetener, food coloring, and preservative substance excessive. The best food is fresh food. You should not over-consume beverages that contain alcohol and smoking. Physical activity with sport regularly, along with mental and spiritual health is the integrated prevention for cancer.
