    Tips : Keeping Body Metabolism

    Do you feel tired and easy to ill recently? The condition of your body must be maintained. In order to keep healthy in facing the day-to-day routines, try these following tips to maintain your body metabolism.

    1. Maintain your eating patterns. Eat regularly in morning, noon, and night. Do you not use to have breakfast? You can start your day with a glass of juice or milk. Do not underestimate lunch menu. Get food with many nutrients. As much as possible, avoid fast food. You need power source. Therefore, seek the best source of energy.

    2. Meet your needs of night sleeping. Lack of sleep would make you easily tired, angry, and unable to concentrate. You should try to sleep at night for 9 hours. If you cannot meet this portion of sleep, try to replace it with a good day rest.

    3. Stress can be one of the factors that make your body metabolism weakened. Stress can make it easier for disease to enter into your body and to slow healing process. Take time to talk with friends or hang out in your favorite place. Be someone who always feels happy.

    4. Sports, of course, with regular increases freshness your body. Do light sports such as cycling or jogging with your friends. Do it with happiness because sport that is carried out with unhappiness cannot bear maximum results.

    5. This is the usual tips we hear. Drink 8 glasses of plain water every day. Two liters of water consumption is very useful to set the body temperature, to flow blood and nutrients to be spread throughout the body. Therefore, there is no wrong for you to familiarize yourself with the plain water consumption in the right dosage.
