Tips : Managing Body Language During Job Interview (1) : Preparation

Generally, job interviews for new employees are rarely more than 1.5 hours. However, it is the main key for you to show employer that you will be a valuable employee for them. Here, the body language, which includes postures and movements, is so determine. Evaluator will be more consider your body language, other than your references, experiences, or knowledge.
In order to prepare the interview, get practices at least a week before the interview. Sit in a chair with a straight, quiet, and not showing restlessness for some time. A simple trick to control hands movement is to use a heavy bracelet. Then when you move your hands, you will spontaneously realize, and return to quiet.
The purpose of this exercise is to make you sitting quietly in any situation. If you want to wear new clothes, first try them two to three times, so you can truly feel comfortable, and not bashful during the interview.
