Tips : Managing Body Language During Job Interview (2) : Handshake
By admin | March 3, 2009
The most important thing to remember when you shake the interviewer’s hands is that you should not grasp too tightly or softly. Use your feeling to balance the strong grip of your hands with the strength. People tend to identify limitation of normal and abnormal with theirs.
Imitating interviewer’s way of handshake may show the interviewer that you are a ‘normal’ person as well as him/her. This situation will form an impression of friendliness and cohesiveness, not a hubris or softness.
